1. Who we are

These terms govern this website and the training services provided by Purpose Training LLC, founded in 2022 by Jay Manning and based in Fayetteville, Georgia. Booking a session or using this site means you accept them.

2. What we provide

Individualized basketball training — private one-to-one sessions and group training — for all ages and skill levels, delivered at Whitewater High School, Fayetteville.

3. Booking and payment

• Sessions are booked online, by phone or by email. A booking exists when we confirm it.
• The published rate is $45 per individual session. Packages are available at discounted rates, agreed at the time of booking.
• A rate you have already paid will be honoured even if published rates change.

4. Participation, safety and assumption of risk

Athletic training carries an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling an athlete you confirm they are physically fit to take part and that you have disclosed any medical condition, injury or limitation relevant to their safety.

• Athletes must follow the coach's instructions at all times.
• The coach may stop or modify a session on safety grounds, and that decision is final.
• Venue rules apply. Whitewater High School is a school facility and its rules take precedence.

5. Minors

Most athletes are under 18. A parent or legal guardian must make the booking, consent to participation and provide emergency contact details. Whether a parent or guardian must remain present during sessions is a business decision that must be confirmed before publication.

6. Faith-based approach

Purpose Training is openly faith-based and grounded in Jay Manning's Christian faith. That shapes the character work alongside the skill work. Athletes of any faith or none are welcome, and participation never depends on shared belief.

7. What we do and don't promise

We will provide coaching by an experienced trainer, tailored to the athlete. We do not guarantee any specific competitive outcome, roster place, playing time, scholarship or recruitment result.

8. Media and likeness

Sessions may be photographed or filmed for coaching review or for the Purpose Training social channels. Consent handling and opt-out for media capture must be confirmed by the business. Ask us in writing not to use an athlete's image and we will comply.

9. Website content

The text, images and layout of this site belong to Purpose Training LLC or are used with permission. You may view and share pages; you may not republish or resell the content. Rates, schedules and availability can change.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the sessions concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Fayette County, Georgia.
