1. Sessions we cancel

Any session cancelled from our side is either rescheduled at your convenience or refunded in full, at your choice. That includes sessions lost to venue closure.

2. Sessions you cancel

Where you cancel with reasonable notice, the session is refunded or credited to a future date. The notice period and any late-cancellation charge have not been published and must be set before this page goes live. See the Cancellation Policy.

3. Unused package sessions

If you have bought a package and want to stop:

Sessions already delivered are charged at the standard single-session rate of $45.
The remaining balance is refunded to the original payment method.
Any package discount applied to delivered sessions is adjusted out, since the discount was earned by committing to the full package.

4. If the training isn't right for your athlete

Say so early rather than late. Coaching only works when the athlete and the coach fit, and if they don't it is better for everyone to know quickly. Whether a goodwill refund window applies, and how long it runs, must be set by the business.

5. What we do not promise

Training is coaching and instruction. We do not guarantee a roster place, playing time, a scholarship, or any specific competitive result. The testimonial on this site is one family's experience, not a guaranteed outcome.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. How quickly the money appears is controlled by your bank or card issuer, usually a few business days after we process it.
