This policy explains what personal information Purpose Training LLC collects, why, and what we do with it. It covers this website, our booking and enquiry forms, and the training itself.

2. What we collect

• Enquiry and booking details — the parent or client's first and last name, email address and phone number, plus whatever you tell us in your message.
• Athlete information — the athlete's name, age, level and goals.
• Health and safety information — any medical condition, injury or limitation you disclose so the athlete can train safely.
• Session records — attendance and coaching notes on progress.
• Payment information — handled by our booking and payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
• Website usage — basic analytics about pages visited.

3. Why we use it

To arrange and deliver training, to keep athletes safe, to take payment, and to reply to you. Marketing is only sent where you have asked for it, and you can stop it at any time. We do not sell personal information.

4. Children's information

Most of our athletes are minors. Information about a child is provided by their parent or guardian, is used solely to deliver and safeguard that child's training, and is never sold. A parent or guardian may ask to see, correct or delete their child's information at any time.

5. Who else sees it

Only where necessary: the coach delivering the session, our booking and payment providers, the venue where required for access, and emergency services if an athlete is injured. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

A specific retention period has not been set and should be confirmed. As a rule we keep booking and payment records as long as we are legally required to, and delete contact details and coaching notes when they are no longer needed.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect what we hold and limit access to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices

• Ask what information we hold about you or your athlete.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need.
• Unsubscribe from any marketing at any time.
